This is a very good advisory from Philippine Embassy so our kababayan dooesn’t need to be worry about there overstaying in Kuwait. It’s a must that OFWs need to have a legal document.

How many days in Kuwait is considered as “overstay”? About how many Filipinos are charged with that?
Visit Visa – 30 days, Multiple Entry Visa – a number of times within the 12 month period and Transit Visa – 7 days.
