SR. TECHNICIAN: HAVE 5YRS. HIGH DIPLOMA IN HVAC. LAST 3YRS WORK EXPERIENCE IN HVAC TESTING, ADJUSTING & BALANCING & COMMISSIONING. HAVE GOOD EXPERIENCE IN USING TAB INSTRUMENTS (FLOWHOOD, MICROMANOMETER, TACHOMETER, VANE ANEMOMETER & WATERMETER). HAVE GOOD WRITING AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

– SALARY: KD. 150/PM PM + ACCOMMODATION + TRANSPORTATION + FOOD ALLOWANCE

HVAC ENGINEER: HAVE 5YRS. WORKING EXPERIENCE IN HVAC COMMISSIONING & TESTING, ADJUSTING & BALANCING, MUST HAVE MECHANICAL ENGINEERING DEGREE & KNOW METHOD STATEMENT OF MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING & FIREFIGHTING. SUPERVISING THE RE-DESIGNING & CAN HANDLE THE TEAM OF WORKERS.

– SALARY: KD. 275/PM PM + ACCOMMODATION + TRANSPORTATION + FOOD ALLOWANCE

Office Coordinator: Job Description

– Manages the scheduling and coordination of departmental meetings and group activities

– To contact new sales leads and introduce the company and its services and convert the leads into live accounts.

– Processes purchase requisitions, invoice requests, travel reimbursements, corporate expenses and other business related expenses

– Maintains a contact list of all clients to effectively manage client’s communication

– Acts as backup in case of absence or unavailability for Executive Coordinators as and when requested

– Performs other responsibilities and tasks as required or as directed by department head from time to time

Skills

– High School or secretarial certification with equivalent years of experience

– STRONG ENGLISH AND ARABIC LANGUAGE SKILLS (written and spoken)

– 1-3 years experience, STRONG IT BACKGROUND, Ms Office Skills.

– Should be available on short notice.
