A Legacy of Service in Kuwait and Supporting TSOK

Attorney Raul H. Dado, as the former Consul General of the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait, dedicated himself to improving the lives of Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs). Atty. Raul Dado delivers a warm message of welcome for TSOK’s Tenth Year Anniversary.

I wish to express my heartfelt congratulations to the Teachers Specialist Organization in Kuwait TSOK in advancing the cause of community and learning abroad.

Under the Philippine Professional Organization in Kuwait which we all organized during my tenure as Consul General in Kuwait and with the help of the Professional Regulation Commission, I remember how you supported fellow members to reach their goals and dreams in getting licenses and achieving professional advancement, creating opportunities for members and their families.

I will never forget the support and encouragement that you gave me in achieving the embassy’s goals and improving the lives of our kabayans by your example of care and dedication to others.
May you continue to give the same support to our present embassy especially to Ambassador José Cabrera who was my role model and mentor in my early days in the service.
In celebrating your 10th Anniversary I hope that you will find deep satisfaction from your achievements through the years and the feeling of excitement for achievements yet to come.
Today in bonding together in each other’s company may you also find joy in the company of others and other organizations, and as the years go by may you find your convictions becoming stronger your memories becoming richer.
Because in life it is only toward the goal of a deeper understanding of each other’s needs and aspirations can we find a true and permanent fulfilment.
I miss and cherish memories of the Kuwait desert, the Arabian Gulf, the inner cities and most of all the Filipino organizations in Kuwait, and on this day, I cherish the special significance and memories of TSOK.
Congratulations 🎈🎉🎊!
