Vigan is a Wonder City!

  The city of Vigan in Ilocos Sur, Philippines makes it to the New 7 Wonder Cities of the World. Its well-preserved Calle Crisologo boasts of surviving Spanish colonial aura with stately homes, tiled roof mansions with capiz shell windows, cobblestone streets and horse-drawn carriages called “calesa”.
