MISSION AND VISION of ILOKANA WOMEN’S ORGANIZATION IN KUWAIT (IWOK)
Mission – To compassionately practice Islam’s teaching of Zakat and Christianity’s Charity to all people regardless of nationality and creed because giving must come from the heart. To be a glowing lamp of hope for those with poor health and illness who tire and try their frail bodies, which also cause sorrow and grief to their families. ILOKANA WOMEN’S ORGANIZATION IN KUWAIT (IWOK) is committed to empowering women, fostering unity, and promoting humanitarian aid through volunteerism, outreach programs, and sustainable initiatives that uplift the lives of the less fortunate.
Vision – To be like a continuous river flowing towards education, employment, advancement, and prosperity for each and every Ilocano brother and sister in the Philippines. To be a channel for growing compassion for all, Ilocano and non-Ilocano alike. ILOKANA WOMEN’S ORGANIZATION IN KUWAIT (IWOK) envisions a future where empowered Ilokana women serve as catalysts for change, inspiring resilience, leadership, and positive transformation within communities, both in Kuwait and beyond. We strive to create a legacy of strength, hope, and generosity through education, skills development, and charitable work.
