RUGBII Kuwait Legion, Second Anniversary

The Reformed and United Guardians Brotherhood International, Inc. (RUGBII) Kuwait Legion held its Second Founding Anniversary this month. Officers and members considered this to be a most significant event because it was graced by the presence of CEO and National / International Chairman, Jude “CGMF BRIX” Arcelo, who came all the way from Manila, just to attend the occasion.

Parade of colors commenced the program, speeches from key persons of the brotherhood, intermission numbers. The Philippine Embassy and POLO / OWWA supported the brotherhood organization through the messages of His Excellency Atty. Raul Dado, Consul General and Labor Attache Honorable David Des Dicang.

Guests from other Filipino Communities in Kuwait also came to celebrate the occasion and strengthened camaraderie with RUGBII, all for the good of fellow kabayans here in Kuwait.
