i think papers should be updated and sealed so as no delays will happen on processing.
This post is very helpful as authentication of documents can be really difficult.
Long lines on all government agencies here in the Philippines is not new. I am quite surprised it also happens there.
I can imagine how hard it may be for our OFW’s when it comes to these things. I mean, getting documents authenticated can already be tedious here in the Philippines, what more if you’re abroad.
Very helpful information. Many new OFW has this authentication of documents to bear with. Another problem is the long queue applicants must endure while processing this document .
Queuing has always been Filipinos’ trademark, I hope we can devise systems which can make us more efficient to avoid long queues.
