Kabayan Arlene: Gandang hapon Ma’am Gracia. Ask ko lang Maam kasi mag day off po ako at wala po binigay sakin na civil ID ang mga amo ko, pero pa pahiram naman nila ang passport ko need ko din ba hiramin ang visa ko o kahit wala na yun? Thank you.
