The Charity Zumbathon Event, organized in collaboration with Filcom, the ZUMBA COMMUNITY, and other Filipino organizations, is a testament to TSOK officers’ compassion and dedication. This event raised funds for Ms. Narido’s treatment and highlighted the unity and solidarity within our community.In another instance of TSOK’s generosity, the TSOK Officers donated to one of the TSOK co-founders, who has been struggling with health complications. With the assistance of Ms. Ailyn Pelayo, a former TSOK officer, beneficiary, and beloved educator, the TSOK 2024 Officers embarked on a groundbreaking project to provide a television set for Amoran Elementary School. This initiative underscores our commitment to leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences, especially in underserved communities.The officers have been dedicated to supporting aspiring teachers through online Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) reviews and assisting with the Special Professional Licensure Examination (SPLE) requirements. Their unwavering commitment to service is evident in these initiatives, which aim to empower educators in our community in Kuwait, help them fulfill their professional aspirations, and contribute to the growth and improvement of the education sector.

Celebrating Milestones Together

TSOK recently celebrated its 10th anniversary with a grand Masquerade ball-themed event called “Educators: Together As One.” The celebration served as a beautiful reminder of our journey and the milestones we’ve achieved. The event included project presentations, inspirational speeches from dignitaries such as the Philippine Ambassador to Kuwait, and heartfelt messages from TSOK co-founders and past presidents.The night was filled with joy, featuring thrilling performances, a lively videoke singing contest, a memorable cake-cutting ceremony, and dinner. This celebration honored TSOK’s valuable history and inspired us to look forward to an even more impactful future.
