Case in Kuwait Number 3: Visa

JM Garcia: Good morning po Ma’am may itatanong po sana ako sa inyo. ask ko lang po if ok ba ang offer sa akin na work.

Work: Chainman
Salary: 150kd
Accomodation: Free
Transpo: Free
Destination: Kuwait

Bale sabi ng agency ko(Perfect Employment Agency) na makakaalis daw po ako agad wala ng medical certificate visit visa ang ibibigay daw po sa akin at 3 months lang daw po muna ang work. Pag nagustuhan ako ng employer eh uuwi pa din muna ako dito sa pinas pero work visa ang kukunin nila sakin pabalik ko po ng kuwait. Safe po ba ang ganyan transaction? Wala po sinabi ang agency ko na may pipirmahan akong contract dito sa Pinas. Ano po ba mapapayo niyo sakin? Maraming salamat po Ma’am

Gracia Amor: Ah okay. kasi visit visa iyan or tinatawag na commercial visa. Sa visa mo ano ba nakalagay? Ang liit ng sahod pero dapat makita kasi natin ang name ng employer mo, at work na nakalagay dito at duration ng visa mo then makikita iyon sa passport mo naman.
