It is not everyday that we feel light and always on the go. Even if you feel a bit anxious or sad, you can turn the mood around by choosing the brighter side of the situation. Look for things that will make you want to surpass the sadness and pain. Allow yourself to breathe and enjoy the sunshine.
It is not easy for an OFW to live in a host country, apart from loved ones. We feel sad, we get sick, we feel pressure at work, we meet not-so-pleasant people – but we try to survive all of these. We know what our priorities are and we try our best to overcome the difficulties.
Today, let us not give up on our dreams but rather, starting today – let each day after this, become a stairway going up towards our goal. With God’s help and guidance let it be our choice to stay positive even if we are faced with obstacles in life. Claim that God has better things prepared for us and remain grounded even when we reach our goals in life, one by one.
