Maintaining Beauty in Kuwait

I am an OFW single and I work 5 days a week. Sometimes my days off are spent attending events, personal invites or doing my laundry and cleaning my room. Thanks to a fellow Filipina who owns a ladies beauty salon, I can have a hassle free time for a haircut, treatment and some pampering.

Located in Alkansa St 3, Blk 5 Bldg 25 ,Salmiya, Al ‘Āşimah is Rawan Al Salmiya Ladies Beauty Salon owned and managed by Madame Farida Al Halimi. An Ilocana from the Philippines, Madame Farida is not only an entrepreneur but an active person as well for charity here in Kuwait.

Her good heart extends to visiting and spending time with fellow Filipinos who are sick, assisting unfortunate OFWs and she also gives free training in haircut and other beauty salon skills at POLO OWWA.

Madame Farida treats her clients very well as if each one is a part of her family. She has groomed and beautified a good number of local and expatriate women here in Kuwait. Even her staff only has the best words to describe her. May the Lord Almighty continue to bless good hearted women like her.
