Since he assumed office as Consul General of the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait, Atty. Raul H. Dado has contributed much to the welfare of fellow OFWs here in Kuwait. His fatherly love for OFWs is significant and can be seen even in the simplest of ways.

He has the heart for fellow Filipinos living in the host country, most especially, the helpless, hopeless and maligned.  Words are not enough to express my gratitude to this person who was one of the few who continuously trusted in me despite and in spite of all the difficulties.

You may set sail on your next journey but for all the goodness you have done for OFWs here in Kuwait, the Lord is always there to reward you a hundredfold.
