Everyday is a blessing. The moment we wake up from sleep in the morning we are blessed. Whatever defines our daily task -skilled or professional who goes to work everyday or a homemaker, each day is a blessing. Food on the table, whether simple home cooked meals or a la carte, buffet menus when you dine out, every cut, every sip calls for thanksgiving. We must be grateful that we are able to breathe, to smile, to cry when we are in pain. When we stop to struggle, to survive, to stand up in every fall, to hope amidst the trials in life – it seems we refuse to live anymore. Don’t look back, don’t look ahead, just look up and thank God for another day because not every person in this world is given a chance to wake up today.
