Filipinos in Kuwait are fortunate to have many leaders who look after the welfare of OFWs here. One of these leaders who tirelessly move and exert effort to the best he can to get things done is Labor Attache Atty. Cesar Chavez Jr. Persons and hard workers like him in his career and mission are neither saints nor deities – but – they are angels sent by the Almighty Father to be instruments in helping fellow Filipinos most especially those in distressed situations. I first met Sir Labatt not so long ago and the subsequent meetings were always enriching for me as a Filipino community member and OFW blogger advocate. Filipino leaders like him are part of my inspiration to keep doing my best in everything. Happy Birthday po, Sir Labatt and may our Almighty Father bless and guide you more.
