Before the festivities of Kuwait National Day 2015, fellow Filipinos, mostly runaway household service workers staying at the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait were given a surprise of entertainment and delicious food. No no other than Sir Rey Pumaloy and Ms. Shoraya Argete Ballang provided the happiness and laughter.
Temporarily sheltered at the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait, our kabayans are awaiting repatriation back to the Philippines.
Similarly, appliance stores, other shops and even wet market fish stalls have been granted graces because they were able to sell many of their respective items. Gift items these could possibly be but the kilos of variety of fishes were given to an accommodation for job applicants, housing a multicultural lot.
Definitely, only a person with a compassionate heart, a generous spirit and a philanthropic personality will be able to do these gestures. Her name is Mam Dolores Suarez Elenany. God bless her more.
