What is “Piso Mula sa Puso”?

“Piso Mula sa Puso” is a heartfelt charity campaign launched by the Coalition of Filipino Community Organizations in Kuwait (FILCOM). Its mission is to gather support from Filipinos in Kuwait and around the globe to assist victims of recent devastating earthquakes in Mindanao—particularly in Cotabato and the Davao region.

This campaign is rooted in the spirit of bayanihan, aiming to collect any amount—even just one peso—because when given with compassion, every small donation can make a life-changing difference. “Piso Mula sa Puso” goes beyond monetary value. It symbolizes unity, love, and genuine concern for our kababayans facing hardship back home.

Why “Piso Mula sa Puso” Matters Now

The recent series of earthquakes in Mindanao has left thousands homeless, injured, and in desperate need of assistance. Entire communities have been displaced. Schools, churches, homes, and basic infrastructure have been destroyed. Despite government relief efforts, the overwhelming needs on the ground require more support.

This is where the overseas Filipino community, especially in Kuwait, comes in. Through the “Piso Mula sa Puso” campaign, we are given a chance to answer the call of those in crisis—offering not just help, but hope.

Let Us Keep “Piso Mula sa Puso” Alive

This campaign is not just a one-time relief drive—it’s an ongoing movement. The rebuilding of lives takes time, and the effects of disaster linger long after the media coverage fades.

Let us continue to give not just today, but in the coming weeks and months, so that sustained aid can reach those who need it most. Encourage your friends, colleagues, and families in Kuwait and abroad to do the same.

Whether you donate one peso or one hundred, what matters is that it comes from the heart.
