Being just a seven-minute drive from Kuwait International Airport, I found the hotel’s proximity to the airport a welcoming feature after a long journey. Additionally, it’s well-situated for exploring the city, with key destinations like Kuwait University, the Shuwaikh industrial area, and the bustling business district of Kuwait City, all within a 15-minute taxi ride. For shopping enthusiasts like myself, the hotel’s location was a real gem, as it’s only a 10-minute drive from Kuwait’s largest mall, “The Avenues,” and a mere 5-minute distance from 360 Mall, home to The Arena and the Rafael Nadal Academy. This central location not only made my stay incredibly convenient but also ensured I was never far from the heart of the city.

During my stay at the Crown Plaza Hotel Kuwait Al Thuraya City, I was immediately struck by the level of service that went above and beyond. It’s rare to encounter such remarkable service, even in a five-star hotel, and the staff’s professionalism, friendliness, and attentiveness truly set this hotel apart. Ms. Tracey and Mr. John in the executive lounge, as well as room attendant Parthipan, were memorable for their personalized service. Their dedication to ensuring my comfort and satisfaction was extraordinary. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for during my stay, making the overall experience exceptional.

For business needs, the hotel’s modern conferencing facilities, including the largest ballroom in Kuwait and a state-of-the-art auditorium, made it the ideal choice for meetings and events. The variety of amenities and services catered to every aspect of my stay, ensuring all my needs were met and exceeded.
