Balik Manggagawa Requirements  (Overseas Employment Certificate) Kuwait

-Properly accomplished standard employment contract either handwritten or typewritten. Company contract with salary certificate duly signed on every page by the employer.

-Eden Amal (work permit) with English translation

-Iqama (residency) with English translation

-Photo copy / XEROX of Passport of employee

– 1 (one) set of the following Photocopy / Xerox of Eden Ama,l Iqama and Passport of the employee.

*Photo copy / Xerox of Employee’s Passport

*One set of the following: Photo copy / Xerox of Salary Certificate, Iqama and Passport of Employee.

There is also online service for OFWs who wish to secure their Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC). This allows an OFW to access securing his / her Balik Manggagawa OEC and later to be delivered at their address.

Procedure for online POEA Travel Exit Clearance / Overseas Employment Certificate

Log on to: www [dot] oecdeliver [dot] com [dot] ph

*Select the “Apply Now” button to accomplish the online OFW information sheet;

*Select the “Submit” button and print the OFW information sheet on two sheets of long bond paper;

*Prepare photocopies of supporting documents as listed in page 2 of printed OFW info sheet (such as passport and visa);

*Submit printed OFW info sheet, supporting documents and fees to the designated courier nationwide.

*Wait for the delivery to your desired address.
