The Memorandum of Understanding and Declaration of Unity and Support was signed by 51 signatories from affiliated Filipino organizations here in Kuwait. FilCom becomes the umbrella organization of the Coalition of Filipino Community in Kuwait under the guidance and moderation of the Philippine Embassy in Kuwait.
This move has gathered altogether the heads and leaders of Filipino Community Organizations. As a fellow OFW I honestly believe that this will bring solidarity among OFW and the Filipino Community in Kuwait in general.
