What is the culture like at TSOK? How do you foster teamwork and promote personal growth?

At TSOK we value the different attributes that define an educator. Our culture here is a combination of professionalism and community building. Since we are all dedicated in creating a space for educators to come and collaborate, teamwork is a valuable trait we cherish here at our organization. This in turn will help our members become better versions of themselves as we humbly accept them in our organization.

What positive impact has TSOK had on the community and society?

I believe our impact can be seen with the continuing growth of OFW’s that plan and aspire to become LPT’s. As a team and family of educators, it is only right that we give our hands in service to our fellow countrymen and allow them to become future educators just like us.
